12th Annual SSF Spine Masters 2024

The 12th Annual SSF Spine Masters Course is an advanced training course for attending orthopaedic and neurosurgeons who treat patients with spinal conditions.  Nationally recognized speakers will focus on provocative topics and in-depth debate as well as provide instruction via live cadaveric demonstrations from the bioskills lab.  The design of this course is to focus on the surgical treatment of current spinal conditions, and provide opportunities to discuss and learn new surgical advances and techniques.

This hybrid course offers the opportunity for learners to attend virtually as well as limited observer spots in-person. Observers attending the course in-person can be selected to participate in one of the live lab demonstrations.

1. Describe how to choose between lateral surgery and anterior surgery
2. Outline the preoperative assessment for revision of adult deformity patients
3. Identify indications for various types of lumbopelvic fixation
4. Outline the treatment recommendations for adult idiopathic scoliosis

Credit Designation Statement

Location
The Seattle Science Foundation is located on the Cherry Hill Campus of Swedish Hospital at 550 17th Avenue, James Tower, Suite 600 in Seattle, Washington. Parking is available in the garage on 16th Avenue between Cherry and Jefferson at a maximum fee of $16.50. From I-5 (northbound and southbound), James will become Cherry Street. Turn right (south) on 16th Avenue. Turn right into the main garage entrance.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that a course is cancelled or postponed you will receive a full refund. If the course is postponed and you no longer wish to attend the course on the new date all cancellations must be submitted in writing.
